TL;DR
Multi-tenant Agency OS is Angryturtle's operational architecture that lets a marketing agency run local SEO for many healthcare clients from one integrated platform — with white-label reporting, role-based permissions, metered credit budgets per client, client portals, and portfolio-wide operations views. It's what makes Angryturtle appropriate for healthcare-focused agencies serving 10-plus clients rather than only for solo owners running single profiles. ICG built this architecture because we needed to run Angryturtle across our own 150+ client portfolio; the same architecture is available to other healthcare-focused agencies operating at scale. The Angryturtle Agency tier at ₹3,499+/month starts at 10 profiles and scales with client count.
Why agency operations need different architecture than solo operations
A solo owner using Angryturtle for their own practice needs one profile, one sie" style="color:inherit;text-decoration:underline;text-decoration-color:rgba(42,126,200,.5);text-underline-offset:2px">Rank OS score, one action queue, one review reply drafting workflow. Simple, direct.
A healthcare-focused agency running local SEO for 30-50-150+ clients faces fundamentally different problems:
Portfolio visibility. The agency's operations manager needs to see all clients at once, filter by health status, sort by trend, identify which clients need urgent attention this week. Solo-user interface doesn't scale — clicking into each of 50 profiles individually to check status is impossible.
Role-based access. Different team members need different access — account managers see their assigned clients (not others); operations specialists execute across the portfolio (with edit access); account leads see reporting and strategic data (with approval authority); clients see read-only versions of their own reports (via client portals).
Metered budgets per client. Each client's credit budget for Rank OS scans, Geo-Grid scans, Pin Checker tests, and Ask Maps analyses needs to be tracked separately. Portfolio-wide credit management would let one client's runaway usage consume another's budget.
White-label reporting. Clients receive monthly reports under the agency's own brand, not Angryturtle's. Report templates, color schemes, logos, and contact information are agency-branded.
Client portal access. Clients want visibility into their own Rank OS scores, action queues, and reporting without the agency having to manually forward everything.
Portfolio-wide operations. Bulk-schedule Geo-Grid scans across the portfolio for end-of-week reporting. Bulk-run Post publishing for holiday cadence. Portfolio-wide search for competitors that appear across multiple clients' top-5 lists.
Solo-tier Angryturtle handles single-profile operations. Agency-tier Angryturtle handles multi-tenant operations at healthcare-agency scale.
The five components of Multi-tenant Agency OS
1. Multi-tenant profile management
The agency has one Angryturtle account with many client tenants underneath. Each client tenant contains that client's Google Business Profiles (multiple locations for multi-location clients), specialty tagging, Rank OS weight configuration, and operational history.
Adding a client is a one-step operation — create the tenant, connect the client's GBP profiles via OAuth, apply appropriate specialty defaults. Removing a client is similarly one-step — the tenant archives, connections release, agency's own operations continue with other clients.
For agencies that acquire clients over time, this architecture scales linearly from 1 to 500+ client tenants without operational friction.
2. Role-based access control (RBAC)
Angryturtle's Agency tier supports role hierarchy:
Agency Admin. Full access across all tenants, all users, all settings. Typically 1-2 people at the agency (founder/CEO, head of operations). Sees everything, can configure anything.
Account Manager. Access to assigned clients only. Can review Rank OS scores, execute actions, publish content, respond to reviews for assigned clients. Cannot see other account managers' clients. Typically 5-15 people at a mid-size agency.
Operations Specialist. Cross-portfolio execution access. Can run Geo-Grid scans, publish content, execute citation building across any client tenant. Typically 2-5 people at an agency.
Compliance Reviewer. Approval-gate access for content publishing. Reviews AI-drafted content across the portfolio and approves for publish. Typically 1-3 people at a healthcare-focused agency (ideally with healthcare-specific compliance training).
Client Read-Only. Individual client's own team members can access their own tenant's data — Rank OS scores, action queue, monthly reports, review pipeline — with read-only permissions. Cannot edit anything or see other clients' data.
Custom roles can be defined at Enterprise tier for agencies with specific access-control requirements.
3. Metered credit budgets per tenant
Angryturtle operations consume credits: Rank OS scans (small credit cost), Geo-Grid scans (one credit per grid cell — 25 for a 5x5, 49 for 7x7), Pin Checker tests (one credit each), Ask Maps analyses (small credit cost). Content Studio drafting and direct edits don't consume credits.
Each client tenant has its own credit budget. Agency Admin allocates credits per client based on tier and scope. Low-credit alerts fire when a client approaches budget exhaustion. Usage dashboards show per-client credit consumption trends.
This isolation prevents cross-client budget contamination. One client's aggressive Geo-Grid scanning doesn't consume another client's credit budget.
4. White-label branding and reporting
The Agency tier supports full white-label configuration:
Agency branding across the interface. Client portals show the agency's logo, name, and color scheme rather than Angryturtle branding. Clients accessing their portal see it as the agency's tool, not as a third-party platform.
Report templates. Monthly reports are agency-branded PDFs with agency logo, contact information, and any custom sections the agency wants to include. Report content structure (Rank OS trajectory, dimension breakdowns, actions executed, competitor comparison, recommendations) remains standard but presentation is agency-branded.
Email templates. Client-update emails auto-generated per client per month use agency-branded templates. From-address is agency-configured. Signature and contact info agency-configured.
Custom domain (Enterprise tier). For agencies wanting maximum white-label, client portals can be hosted at an agency-controlled subdomain rather than at angryturtle.ai.
5. Client portal access
Each client tenant has an associated client portal — a read-only web interface where the client's own team can access:
- Current Rank OS score across the client's profile(s)
- Dimension breakdown (Relevance, Review Health, Freshness, Entity Authority, AIO Readiness)
- Recent activity summary (posts published, reviews replied, edits executed)
- Monthly reporting archive (all past monthly reports)
- Competitor comparison summary
- Recommended actions currently in the queue
Clients access via their own login credentials. Data is read-only from the client's side (no edit access — that's the agency's operational responsibility). Refreshes in near-real-time as agency execution completes.
For clients wanting more visibility into ongoing operations, the portal provides transparency without requiring the agency to manually forward reports and status updates.
How ICG uses Multi-tenant Agency OS
ICG runs Angryturtle across the 150+ healthcare client portfolio using the full Agency OS architecture:
Portfolio operations pod. 4-6 operations specialists execute across the portfolio — running Geo-Grid scans, publishing Posts, responding to reviews, building citations. Cross-portfolio access via Operations Specialist role.
Client-facing account managers. 10-15 account managers each manage 8-15 assigned clients. Account Manager role with access to only their clients. Client relationships, strategic communications, monthly report delivery.
Compliance review team. 2-3 senior healthcare specialists serve as compliance reviewers, approving content across the portfolio before publishing. Compliance Reviewer role with approval-gate access.
Client-side portal access. Clients (marketing heads, hospital CMOs, practice owners) access their own tenant portals for real-time visibility. Read-only permissions.
Executive dashboard. Agency Admin role for founder and head of operations. Full-portfolio visibility, cross-client analytics, aggregate performance across the 150+ client portfolio.

Enterprise upgrade beyond Agency tier for: - Very large agencies with 100+ clients - Agencies requiring SSO (single sign-on) integration - Agencies with custom compliance-workflow requirements beyond default frameworks - Agencies wanting custom subdomain hosting for maximum white-label
Pricing for Multi-tenant Agency OS

FAQ
What is Multi-tenant Agency OS? Angryturtle's operational architecture for marketing agencies running local SEO for many healthcare clients — with white-label reporting, role-based permissions, metered credit budgets per client, client portals, and portfolio-wide operations views.
How many clients can Multi-tenant Agency OS handle? Agency tier starts at 10 profiles and scales with client count. Enterprise tier handles unlimited profiles. ICG runs the architecture across 150+ healthcare clients.
Does the agency's own brand appear to clients or Angryturtle's? Agency's own brand. Client portals, monthly reports, email templates all agency-branded rather than Angryturtle-branded.
Can clients access their own data directly? Yes, via client portal with read-only access. Rank OS scores, dimension breakdowns, monthly reports, competitor comparisons all visible to client teams without agency having to manually forward.
How does role-based access control work? Five default roles: Agency Admin (full access), Account Manager (assigned clients only), Operations Specialist (cross-portfolio execution), Compliance Reviewer (content approval gate), Client Read-Only (own tenant only). Custom roles available at Enterprise tier.
How are credits budgeted per client? Each client tenant has its own credit budget for Rank OS scans, Geo-Grid scans, Pin Checker tests, and Ask Maps analyses. Agency Admin allocates credits per client. Low-credit alerts fire on budget approach.
Can Multi-tenant Agency OS run for non-healthcare agencies? Technically yes, but Angryturtle's healthcare-first design (specialty-tuned Rank OS weightings, NMC/ASCI/DPDP compliance defaults, healthcare-specific citation targets) produces friction for other verticals. Non-healthcare agencies typically get better fit from generalist agency tools.
What's the difference between Agency tier and Enterprise tier? Agency tier: up to 10 profiles baseline (expandable), standard role structure, white-label reporting, standard compliance workflows. Enterprise tier: unlimited profiles, SSO integration, custom role definitions, custom compliance workflows, custom domain hosting, dedicated success support.
How does client portal access affect the agency's operational relationship? Positively for most agencies. Clients with self-serve visibility into their own performance data typically require less manual reporting communication and understand the value delivered better. Some clients prefer full-service reporting without portal access; that's supported too.
Does Multi-tenant Agency OS have an API? Yes. Agency OS API (22 documented endpoints) supports programmatic access for agencies wanting to integrate Angryturtle into their own internal tools, CRM systems, or client dashboards.
Can I white-label Angryturtle as our agency's proprietary tool? Yes at Enterprise tier. Custom domain hosting, agency-branded interface, agency-branded reporting produces client-facing presentation where Angryturtle is invisible as third-party platform.
How is ICG using Multi-tenant Agency OS internally? Full Agency OS architecture across the 150+ client portfolio — 4-6 operations specialists executing cross-portfolio, 10-15 account managers with assigned-client access, 2-3 compliance reviewers approving content, executive dashboard for founders and operations leadership, client portal access for hospital CMOs and practice owners.
