Every Partner Connect introduction is measured against the same four questions. Ticking these confirms the introduction you have in mind (or will make) meets the bar.

Decision-maker. The person I’m introducing is the one who can sign — not a middleman who has to forward it internally. Real requirement. There is a defined marketing pain — patient acquisition falling, cost per lead unsustainable, a new specialty or location needs launch — not an exploratory chat. New to Ichelon. The person or organisation is not already an ICG client and, to my knowledge, not already tracked as a live prospect. Warm and consenting. The introduced person knows I’m introducing them and welcomes an Ichelon call. This is a warm handoff, not a cold lead.

I agree to the terms of the Ichelon Partner Connect MoU — Finder’s Fee of 15% of Month 1 within 30 days, Partner Share of 5% every month for as long as the introduced client stays on an Ichelon retainer, TDS at 10% u/s 194J deducted at source, payments on the 7th of every month, and a 30-day exit clause.

Within 24 hours

Rohit personally reviews your application and messages you on WhatsApp with the Welcome Kit (5 files) plus the two-page Partner Connect MoU. No auto-responder, no BDR script.

On MoU signature

You e-sign the MoU or send a scan. You receive your private introduction submission URL and are formally an active Partner. That is the whole onboarding.

First introduction

Submit through your Partner URL. We call the prospect within 24 hours, referencing you by name. If they sign a retainer, your Finder’s Fee is paid within 30 days of Month 1 clearing.
