The Counsellor\'s New Job Description
Why "selling treatments" is the wrong frame. The job a real centre manager actually does.
Track 2 · Centre Manager · Session 1 · ICG Founders · Abhash · Deep · Rohit
Why this exists
Marketing brings the lead. Operations converts it. Most clinics in India invest in only one — and wonder why growth feels stuck. The team behind the doctor is the most under-trained, highest-leverage layer in Indian healthcare. We teach it for free because if the operating layer rises, the industry rises.
Three tracks. One coherent program.
Every Friday rotates through the tracks. Week 1 — Marketing. Week 2 — Counsellor → Centre Manager. Week 3 — How We Solve It. Then it loops. Pick the track that matches your role. Send the others to the right people on your team.

Why we run these free.
Healthcare in India is held back not by lack of marketing budget — but by an under-trained operating layer. The doctor is brilliant. The counsellor is undertrained. The caller is treated as junior. And every rupee of marketing leaks through the gap.
We can build better marketing tools all day. But if the team behind the doctor doesn't grow with them, marketing alone won't change the practice. So we teach. Openly. Weekly. Free.
If a small fraction of attendees later partner with ICG, the program funds itself. Most won't — and that's fine too. The industry is better off either way.

Past sessions · recording library
The library begins July 2026.
Every session is recorded. Subscribe below and you'll receive each recording within 48 hours of the live session — building a permanent personal library you can revisit anytime.
Common questions.
Are these workshops really free? +
Yes. Every session is free to attend live and free to receive as a recording. No paywall, no upgrade tier. We invite attendees to learn more about ICG's paid engagements in the last 3-4 minutes of select sessions — never as the focus.
Will you try to sell me something? +
We will mention what ICG does in the last few minutes of select sessions. Never the focus. The point of the workshop is the workshop. If you leave better equipped to run your practice — even if you never speak to us again — the program worked.
What if I can't attend live? +
Choose "Send me the recording" when you register. We email the recording within 48 hours. The library is permanent — you can come back to any session whenever you need it.
Can my whole team attend? +
Yes — register each person individually so each gets the recording in their own inbox. Clinics that send 6-8 people to a single session report it transforms how the team works together that week.
Can I attend just one track? +
Yes. Many clinics send the doctor to Track A, the counsellor to Track B, and the calling team lead to Track C — and ignore the rest. Pick what's relevant.
Where exactly does it happen? +
Online, via Zoom. The link is emailed on registration and again the morning of the session. 9:00 AM IST sharp every Friday.
Do I get a certificate? +
Not in the first edition. We're focused on the content first. If demand is real, we'll introduce track certifications in 2027.
How do I become a guest speaker or share a case? +
If you've built something inside your practice or run a function (centre management, calling team, marketing) you'd like to teach — write to us. Tools track Q&A and occasional Doctor track guest sessions are open to industry practitioners.
Reserve your seat — or just get the recording.
Both options are free. Pick whichever fits this week. You can switch any time.
