The typical Dallas med spa has 176.5 Google reviews, above the US figure of 148, and 26.5% have 500 or more, the highest share of any city in our study. Only 8.8% have fewer than 50. The average rating is 4.82 stars, slightly below the national 4.87. For a newer med spa in Dallas, the review bar is high, so a consistent monthly review routine matters more than anywhere else.
Houston (36 med spas studied)
Houston med spas average 4.79 stars, among the lowest averages we report, though still strong. The typical profile has 148 reviews, and 19.4% have 500+. 83.3% open at least one weekend day, above the national 74.2%. With ratings a little lower, replying well to less-than-perfect reviews is especially visible here.

Austin (20 med spas studied)
Austin is the weekend outlier: only 40% of med spas list a weekend day, the lowest of any city we report, against 74.2% nationally. Ratings are high (4.9★) and the typical profile has 123 reviews, with just 5% above 500. A med spa that opens on Saturdays, and says so clearly on Google, has a visible advantage.
