Free practice visibility audit: see what new patients see before they call you
Most practices have never looked at themselves the way a new patient does: a map search on a phone, three Google profiles side by side, a website that loads slowly or asks too much. The audit shows you that view, what is costing you calls, and what to fix first. It is free, and it comes with a 30-minute walkthrough with our US team.
- We review five things: Google Business Profile, local map rankings, website speed and accessibility, HIPAA tracking risks and reviews.
- You get a written summary of findings and a 30-minute call to go through it.
- We only look at public information. No logins, no patient data.
- For independent and group practices across the US: primary care, pediatrics, dental, pediatric dentistry, med spa and specialty clinics.

“They were able to get all my ideas and work with me over a period of three to four months and create this amazing website. It's super customized, very modern, and it incorporates all the elements that I had wanted — the patient portal, nice pictures, a very interactive website, patient reviews. I would highly recommend their company to anyone who wants to make an excellent website.”
The five areas the audit covers
1. Google Business Profile
For most practices, the Google Business Profile is the first thing a new patient sees, often before the website. We check that each location and provider is listed correctly, that the primary and secondary categories match what you actually do, and that hours, services, insurance information, photos and booking links are complete. We also look for duplicate or unverified listings, which quietly split your visibility.
2. Local map rankings
Map results change block by block. A practice can appear first for someone across the street and not at all for someone two miles away. We check where you appear for the searches that matter to your specialty, such as "pediatrician near me", "dentist accepting new patients" or "primary care doctor" plus your city, across the neighborhoods you serve, and which practices are showing up instead of you.
3. Website speed, mobile experience and accessibility
Most patients find you on a phone. We test how fast your key pages load on mobile, whether booking and phone links work in one tap, and whether the site makes the basics obvious: which plans you accept, whether you are taking new patients, and how to book. We also run an accessibility check against the WCAG AA guidelines and list the issues worth fixing first.
4. HIPAA tracking risks
Many practice websites load analytics tags, ad pixels or chat widgets on pages where they should not, such as appointment request forms or patient portal logins. That can send health-related information to third parties. We look at which tracking scripts your site loads and where, and flag any that deserve a closer look by your compliance lead. This is a marketing review, not a legal opinion, but it tends to surface problems practices did not know they had.
5. Reviews and reputation
Patients read reviews before they read your website. We look at how recent your reviews are, how you compare with nearby practices, whether reviews are being answered, and whether your replies stay clear of protected health information. We also check whether you have a simple, compliant process for asking happy patients to leave a review.

A 30-minute walkthrough
A call with the US team to go through the findings and answer questions. US business hours.
Who should ask for the audit
The audit is built for practice owners, physician partners and practice managers who make marketing decisions. It is most useful if:
- You are opening a new location, adding a provider or trying to fill a schedule.
- Calls or new-patient requests have slowed and you are not sure why.
- You pay an agency and want an independent second opinion.
- You have never checked whether your website tracking is HIPAA-aware.
- You are a solo or small practice and want to know what to fix yourself before spending on marketing.
Every practice welcome. We work with solo practices and multi-location groups, and we look at your market the same way whatever your size.

Questions about the free audit
Is the practice visibility audit really free?
Yes. There is no fee and no obligation to hire us afterwards. We do it because it is the fastest way for a practice owner to judge whether we understand their market.
What do you need from us?
Your practice name, website address and the city or cities you serve. We do not need logins to run the audit, and we never ask for patient information.
Who does the audit?
The Ichelon Consulting US team, led by Santosh Reddy (Director, Ichelon Consulting US), with our technical SEO and web teams reviewing the site and tracking setup.
Does the audit look at patient data?
No. We only review what is publicly visible: your Google Business Profile, search results, website and the tracking scripts it loads. Where we find tracking that could expose protected health information, we flag it so you can fix it.
We already have an agency. Can we still ask for an audit?
Yes. Many practices use the audit as a second opinion. You are free to share the findings with your current agency.
What happens after the audit?
We walk you through the findings on a 30-minute call and tell you what we would fix first. If you want help, retainers start from $499/mo. Every practice welcome.
