ChatGPT Ads beta waitlist for multi-specialty hospitals
A closed, hands-on 30-day beta for hospital chains and multi-specialty hospitals ready to test conversational sponsored responses on ChatGPT — before it opens to everyone else in India.
Why we're running a closed beta first
ChatGPT Ads went live in India in mid-2026, and it behaves nothing like the auctions your team already knows. There is no keyword bidding in the traditional sense. A patient or a patient's family member is mid-conversation with ChatGPT, asking something specific — which hospital in their city has a strong cardiac unit, what a particular procedure typically costs, whether a certain department has good outcomes data — and a sponsored response can enter that conversation at exactly the right moment. Attribution runs on conversation-completion, not clicks, which means the entire measurement model your team is used to from Google and Meta needs to be rebuilt from scratch.
We didn't want to sell that rebuild to hospital chains as a finished, polished offering when honestly, nobody in India has run this at scale for a multi-specialty hospital yet. So instead of a public launch with a standard rate card, we're opening 20 seats — not 200, not 2,000 — to hospital groups willing to test this with us in real time, with real budgets, and with a genuinely dedicated team on our side rather than an account manager juggling forty accounts.
"Beta" here means three specific things for you. First, it means we're both building the playbook together — the prompt structures that trigger sponsored responses for hospital-relevant queries, the conversation flows that lead to a genuine enquiry rather than a dead end, and the reporting format that actually tells your CMO something useful. Second, it means your pricing is locked for the full beta period regardless of what the eventual public rate card looks like, because you're taking on genuine uncertainty by going first. Third, it means the commitment is short and clean — 30 days, with an exit clause built in, not a 12-month contract dressed up as an "early access" offer.
We've already built out 250-plus pages of ChatGPT Ads groundwork across specialties, compliance considerations, and city-level context for the Indian healthcare market. This beta is where that groundwork gets pressure-tested against an actual hospital's actual enquiry volume, and where you get to see, before your competitors do, whether this channel earns a permanent place in your media mix.
What beta partners get
Being one of the 20 isn't just early access with a different label on it. It comes with a specific set of things we don't offer once the beta closes and this moves to a standard retainer product.
- Locked-in pricing for the full beta period. Whatever management fee we agree at the start of your beta stays fixed for 30 days, even if our public rate card lands higher once ChatGPT Ads opens fully. There's no setup fee during the beta window either.
- A dedicated pod, not a shared account manager. Beta partners get a small named team — a strategist and an analyst who know your hospital's specialties, your competitive set in your city, and your existing Google and Meta numbers — rather than being routed through a general support queue.
- A monthly review call built around your data, not a template deck. We walk your marketing lead through conversation volume, completion rate, cost per qualified enquiry, and how that stacks up against your current Google and Meta benchmarks, in language your CMO or CEO can act on.
- First access to learnings before the public launch. Everything we discover about which specialties respond best to conversational sponsored placements, which conversation structures actually convert, and which don't — you see that before it becomes a public case study or a competitor's talking point.
- A written exit-ready summary regardless of outcome. If the channel isn't right for your hospital after 30 days, you leave with a clear report and every asset we built, at no extra cost. If it is right, you get first right of refusal on continuing at the tier your spend qualifies for.
Who this is for and who it isn't for
We're being specific about qualification because a beta with the wrong mix of partners wastes everyone's time, yours included.
This is a good fit if
- You're a multi-specialty hospital or a hospital chain with 2 or more locations
- Your current monthly digital marketing spend is roughly Rs 1,00,000 or higher
- You already run Google Ads or Meta Ads in-house or through an agency
- A marketing decision-maker can commit to one review call a month for 30 days
- You can approve a modest incremental test budget on ChatGPT Ads, separate from existing spend
This isn't a fit if
- You're a single-doctor clinic or a solo practitioner setup
- You have no prior digital ad spend to benchmark against
- You're looking for patient-facing content, not a paid acquisition channel
- You need a 12-month locked contract rather than a 30-day test
- Nobody on your team can attend a monthly review call
If you're unsure which side of that you fall on, apply anyway. We'll tell you honestly on the intro call if the timing isn't right yet, and we'll keep your details for the next beta cohort or the public launch instead.
How it will work — the 30-day beta cadence
Week 1 — Setup and account structure
Onboarding call, access setup on ChatGPT Ads, mapping your hospital's specialties and top-performing Google/Meta queries into an initial conversation-prompt strategy, and agreeing your test budget and locked management fee in writing.
Week 2 — Launch and early signal
Campaigns go live. We track conversation volume and completion rate daily and make structural adjustments — this is also your first checkpoint to exit cleanly if the early signal isn't there.
Week 3 — Optimisation
We narrow in on the specialties and query patterns generating qualified enquiries, refine conversation flows, and start comparing cost per qualified enquiry directly against your existing Google and Meta numbers.
Week 4 — Review and decision
Final review call, full written performance report, and a straight conversation about whether this becomes a standing part of your media mix — with pricing at the tier your spend qualifies for if you continue, or a clean handover of every asset if you don't.
How to apply
Fill in the form below. We're asking for your current monthly digital spend and a short note on your hospital's setup so our team can prepare properly for the intro call rather than starting from zero. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and we'll respond within 2 working days to confirm whether a slot is available and to schedule your onboarding call. If you'd rather talk first, message Rohit directly on WhatsApp using the button above.
