ICG delivers an initial shortlist within 5–10 working days of receiving a confirmed hiring requirement. For urgent requirements (joining within 2 weeks), indicate this in the form — ICG will prioritise accordingly. Complex senior or CXO searches typically take 15–20 working days for the first shortlist.

Public — the role is listed on ICG's openings page with your organisation name. Fully indexed on Google with JobPosting schema. Best for hard-to-fill roles where broad visibility helps. Confidential — the role is listed without your organisation name ("A Leading Hospital, Delhi NCR"). Protects the organisation while benefiting from organic traffic. Private — the role is never listed anywhere. ICG sources from the private candidate database only. Required for CXO searches and roles where confidentiality is critical.

ICG operates four models: Success fee — 8–15% of offered CTC, paid on joining (default). Retained search — ₹1–2 lakh upfront + reduced success fee for exclusive senior mandates. Volume hiring — fixed fee per placement (₹8,000–25,000) for bulk nursing or technician hiring. Executive search — 20–25% of CTC for VP, Director, and CXO levels.
