Literature search methodology that isn't reproducible

An inspector asks: "Can you show me exactly how this search was conducted? What were the search strings? How were duplicates removed? What was the exclusion criteria?" Most PV teams cannot answer this for searches conducted 6 months ago. The audit finding writes itself.
