Due to COVID-19, there was a massive decline in demand for bicycle industry. While the overall search for the service was done , there was a significant decline in the business enquiries. With basic ease in lockdown and significant focus on lifestyle modification in the new normal, it was important to seize the opportunity in the open market

In scenarios like COVID-19, it becomes imperative that the primary focus should be maintained on providing more and more of customer centric information, working on outreach management and specially focus on increasing the customer engagement and support that we need to extend to them
